Beautiful, alpine hotel. Amazing service

A very central location. Lovely small, friendly hotel. Staff very helpful, spoke good english and nothing was too difficult for them to arrange. Small pool, sauna and spa were lovely. Due to its size they limit the number of guest so you need to book a hourly slot in advance. We quickly got in to the routine of booking the free hotel shuttle for the ski lifts and the spa after skiing if we wanted to go. Bar was nice for a pre-dinner cocktail. The hotel has a ski store room with heated boot racks - located beside the shuttle van so very convenient. The staff helped with restaurant recommendations and bookings and also are able to help arrange a transfer from Geneva airport at much better prices than found on the internet.

Our room was 2 hours late for check in- pretty disappointing customer service. The spa was fairly average - bit run down. Rest of the hotel was really nice, lovely breakfast in the morning and comfy bed.

I stayed at Le Miramonti last year, and the experience was so enjoyable that i came back this year too! Same comfort, customer care and tranquillity...and the ideal starting point for so many mountain walks! Definitely, i'll be back again!

The property is OK. But EXPEDIA is NOT OK. I asked for an invoice at the time of the reservation. The hotel called me to say that I neded to get the invoice from Expedia. I only could get a receipt and not an invoice. This is the last time that I will reserve tghrough Expedia when you are not able to provide me an invoice in IItaly for my Italian Company. I have now lost the VAT which I could normally subtract. This is the only way to communicate with Expedia.

Séjour très bien, nous apprenons en arrivant à la réception qu'ils acceptent pas les chiens au dessus de 15kg mais nous n'avions pas eu l'information. Heureusement, ils ont fini par accepter notre réservation quand même mais petit moment de stress ! Spa et Piscine accessible 1h (attention peignoir et claquettes payant). Sinon hôtel et chambre ok

Ottima esperienza, un hotel con una sua personalità, caldo, accogliente, autentico. Ottimo ristorante con piatti anche creativi e stuzzicanti; Centro benessere a disposizione per un rilassamento dopo le attività sportive fuori... E soprattutto, tutto il personale si prende veramente cura dell'ospite, sono tutti amichevoli gentili e pronti a fare l'extra mile per rendere il soggiorno piacevole. Quando tornerò a La Thuile, sarà certamente al Miramonti.

Très belle hôtel attention au service

Hôtel très bien situé et très jolie. Les chambres sont spacieuses et propres. Gros point négatif la piscine personne ne nous avez prévenu qu’il fallait réserver en avance et de ce fait nous n’avons pas pu y accéder. Et la personne a l’accueil n’a rien voulu savoir. Dommage la moindre des choses aurait été de nous prévenir.

Una buona tappa verso la Francia

Buon albergo di montagna nel centro di La Thuile e non lontano dal piccolo San Bernardo utile anche a chi è di passaggio nel viaggio verso o dalla Francia. Pulizia, cortesia del personale e un buon ristorante. Questa volta non abbiamo usufruito della spa.

L’hotel è in una posizione centrale rispetto al paese, è pulito e il personale è cortese. Non ho gradito che il centro wellnes e la piscina non fossero accessibili sin dal mattino presto.

Hotel accueillant et reposant

Apres prés de 300 km a moto a enchaîner les cols, un accueil vraiment très agréable dans cet hôtel tout a fait reposant au bord des torrents de la Thuile, je le recommande vivement a tous et en particulier au motards.

Bom hotel, preço alto pela falta de opções

Staff muito gentil e prestativo. Bom café da manhã e restaurante. Transfer para a gôndola de cortesia, motorista Sandro muito atencioso. Quarto pequeno e box do chuveiro para pessoa de no máximo 80 kg. Uso da piscina e sauna pagos a parte ( 12 euros por dia/ pax e 15 euros se você não for hóspede) não achei justo pelo preço da diária.

Molto bello, ma mal gestito

Bellissimo hotel lungo il fiume molto ben arredato e confortevole, molto ben tenuto nell'aspetto igienico dal personale domestico molto valido. Biasimevole la gestione del bar (non è possibile che manchino sia il Genepy che la grolla per tre giorni consecutivi in un hotel valdostano!), mal organizzato il deposito sci (senza indicazioni). Valido e cortese il personale della reception.
