"I wouldn’t rate this as a 4-star hotel. While the service was fine and the meals were okay, I expected much better quality given the price of the all-inclusive package"

"Only stayed 1 night but a lovely experience."

"Perfect place for family vacation"

"Excellent hotel pristinely clean large rooms decent pool area"

"Great location, very clean, pleasant staff. A bit of queuing for breakfast during busy months and between 9.00 - 10 but usually get in within 5 minutes. 8 - 9 am is a good time to go down. Great pool area and we always got sunbeds."

"Stayed here many times. Love it."

"Clean"

"We have stayed twice now as we love this hotel. It’s clean, friendly, rooms are air conditioned. The food in the hotel has a wide range, we are vegan and managed to find a variety - more so than last year too. (After about 5 days of half board we were ready for a break from it). Ignore the bad reviews, you’ll have a lovely time here."

"Beautifully located close to everything. Breakfast was a great selection and fresh. Pool area was clean and well kept like the rest of the property. Pillows in the room could be updated. Overall amazing flawless service and would return in a heartbeat."

"Lovely hotel very clean and comfortable would recommend."

"Lovely location, food great, very clean & beach front "

"Clean and decent sized room . Nice staff and drinks"

"Perfect location, close to beach, restaurants, etc. good breakfast selection, very clean rooms!"

"The bathroom setup was strange—no separate room but instead glass doors to the shower and toilet that are all one room. Parking on ground was tricky and we had difficulty locating the entrance to reception due to the gates being closed after dark and no guard on post."

"It was a calm place to relax Nice and clean and polite staff"

"We had great time in the hotel and the park"

"It's a lovely place."

"Brilliant hotel all round for Cleaniness all inclusive was very very good pool was great rooms were lovely highly recommend this hotel ."

"Staff at check in were lovely. The room was lovely and clean with everything we needed. The roof top pool was fantastic as there was also plenty of room to sun bathe and it was never too packed."

"A short but comfortable stay. Staff were very professional and friendly can't be faulted. Some of the layout of the hotel is a little odd. (You have to use the lift to basement level to go via the spa to the pool area and the bar) Would stay again"
