"It would have been perfect if staff at the reception were trying harder to look friendly and helpful. Any questions about transport to the airport, theme park, attractions in the area..etc - the answer was " we don't provide this information". Also accepting deposit only in cash with cashmachine in hotel charging you a huge rate for withdrawing cash looks like more like scam rather than 4* hotel service. Everything else was perfect ."

"The main pool was very crowded. They’ve crammed so many sun beds into a small space, I know this is to provide as many beds for people as possible, but you could literally hold hands with the person next to you"

"Nice hotel in a great location. Lovely rooms, very clean. Stayed a few times now and noticed a few maintenance issues this year both in the room and public areas. Breakfast very good but evening meal quality and choice seems to have gone downhill a little this time too. Won’t put me off returning but would like to see it return to its true 4 star status as it was a few years ago"
