Friendly and helpful staff, clean room and facilities, excellent location - especially if you are taking the baja ferries, and a good breakfast. The atmosphere is very modern, and the hotel is mostly quiet, but the breakfast buffet could get crowded.

Property is in a good location. The area itself was quiet. The hotel was a little noisy because of the guests that were also staying there (triathlon in La Paz). The rooms were really clean and updated. Staff were friendly and helpful. The property was getting some upgrades that were under construction and will no doubt make the property much more desirable to stay at. We would stay here again and would recommend this property.

Stayed for one quick night in La Paz as we travelled further up the Baja Penisula. Hotel was ok, queen beds were smaller than Marriott standard. Property was under some construction/renovation, staff was very nice and helpful, breakfast was good. The terms spartan simplicity best describes this property, on the lower end of Marriott standards. I would stay here again if no other arrangements were available, but would get a room with minimum 2 queen beds if you want a good nights sleep.

We were disappointed in the lack of certain. Things like no refrigerator, no safe, no microwave. Breakfast was great. Room was small and bed was mediocre for a Marriot. Not up to the Marriot standard that I have found in the US

We chose this property for it's proximity to our diving centre. That was about the only good thing about it. We stayed a week and had no drawers so couldn't unpack. We were given 5 hangers. There were 3 of us and we were given 2 sets of (horrible) towels. Constantly had to ask for more; cleaning staff were lovely. Front desk staff ambivalent and not helpful at all; we asked for a water-side view a couple of times but they would just tell us to try the next day. The pool was cold and always packed at the end of the day; not sure if by hotel guests. Chairs at the pool are secured in place. No balconies, zero charm, way too expensive for what we got. If you must, stay here one night only; this was a terrible disappointment.
