Hotel was nice. But one of our rooms had a leaky air conditioner that was not looked at while we were there. Breakfast buffet was just ok. Restaurant food was very good. Rooms and premises were kept very clean.

Great hotel right off the main street! Not overly crowded since it's not in the malecon area which makes for a more private stay. Staff extremely friendly and helpful, very clean room, pool was pristine and we would stay here again in a heartbeat. Highly recommend it! Perfect for couples or small families.

Nice pleasant stay at this hotel. The staff were friendly. The pool was nice. Bed was comfortable. Housekeeping kept room clean. A couple of maintenance issues that were resolved quickly. Wfi needs to be improved a bit. But, why are you going to be in your phone when you are in vacation. Enjoyable stay. Will return.

Unfortunately, our experience was very disappointing. The suites were not upgraded or remodeled as advertised, and we encountered spiders and other insects during our stay. The building itself also had an unpleasant smell that seemed to be present throughout the entire time we were there. The pool was closed for most of our stay. We were told it was because of rain from previous days, but it did not rain at all during the remainder of our trip, and the pool still remained unavailable. The buffet was another disappointment. There were flies around the food every time we went. I understand that some areas may be open or exposed to the outdoors, but there should be better measures in place, such as fans, food covers, or another way to control the insects. Housekeeping was also lacking. Towels were not changed daily unless we specifically requested them. Whenever we brought up concerns, it felt like the staff continued making excuses instead of actually addressing the issues. Overall, the property did not meet our expectations, and I would not stay here again unless significant upgrades and improvements are made to the rooms, cleanliness, amenities, and overall maintenance.
