Poor animation team

Third time at Oasis Village, and the first time that I haven’t been impressed. Our ground floor room lacked privacy. The all inclusive food was everything that we expected, not hot though. The drinks similarly were as expected. However the big disappointment was the entertainment. The whole programme was put on for the benefit of the French visitors. Absolutely nothing was in English and there was no attempt by the animation team to involve the English guests, either during the day or in the evening.

Lovely holiday

The choice of food was very good. Temperature of food was excellent. The complex is spotless. The staff are very pleasant and helpful. My only issue is the nighttime entertainment is aimed at the majority of French visitors so English speaking customers are at a loss especially quiz night. The alcoholic drinks are very limited to about 5 spirit choices but beer is Amstel which was lovely

The hotel looks ok and the rooms are spacious but if you have someone staying next door and they are loud it is a nightmare . We had a very noisy neighbors and we had to be moved at 1 am to a different room The food is tasteless and not fresh . Very poor quality and the program is in French ☺️. We stayed 4 nights and the towers was changed on the 3 day . The room was never cleaned . No happy we picked this hotel

Une semaine en famille fin octobre 2021

Excellent séjour en famille fin octobre. Nourriture variée et de qualité globalement correcte contrairement à certains avis négatifs exprimés sur le site Propreté impeccable des chambres. Douche OK avec eau chaude tout le temps (pas toujours le cas dans le club "all inclusive") Petit bémol sur la qualité du canapé lit salon pour troisième personne Equipe d'animation jeune et très sympa Ce club offre un excellent rapport qualité prix. Que les râleurs vérifient le prix qu'ils ont payé et aillent tester d'autres clubs dans ces budgets.....
