"It could be cleanier! Staff is awesome!"

"Not fresh breakfast and no one was cleaning anything up, asked for new sheets because there was food crumbs when we first got into our room and trash on the floor and was told there aren't any clean sheets available. You would think the next day they'd figure that out and try to fix the issue but no one even checked or came by "

"The a/c made noises ALL night. The shower was lukewarm. The enamel was coming off the bathtub. Only one mirror and it was in the bathroom and not enough light "

"The room was clean, the bed was very comfortable. Very quiet and safe area. The breakfast was ok, very simple. Plenty of parking but there a lot of semi trailers there taking up many spaces but still no real issues finding a spot."

"This location was filthy. The bed had stains on sheets and pillow cases. There was little spots of mold in the bathtub under the soap holder. The slide lock for the door was not lined up (the door side was at eye level and the wall side at hip level) and when our key stopped working (this happened every day) they gave us a master key I believe because while they asked the room number they just grabbed a key from a pile without coding it. The staff was nice but the property was filthy. We checked in late Thursday and the first time a housekeeper came to the room was Saturday evening at 5pm. I will not stay here again. Had we had the money and no pre booked we would have gone to a different hotel."

"The hallway and rooms smelled old. My TV and telephone didn't work. Plus when I talk to front desk they said management would have to decide if they were going to make an adjustment on my total bill."

"Sometimes you just go to a property on an off day and sometimes you just have a bad experience that is not the norm and I feel like that's what happened to me so I don't want to paint this as a nightmare hotel. The common areas are REALLY REALLY nice. The bar, the restaurant, the pool & Jacuzzi. The Jacuzzi wasn't hot when I wanted to get in around 8pm. They tried their best to heat it up but it takes some time so I ended up going to bed before it got hot. A bummer but they at least did something about it to try to make it work out for me. It seems like the rooms are very hit or miss. Mine was pretty nasty if I'm going to be honest. I had a king bed room and the furniture was chipped, stains on the carpet and the bathtub had black mold, paint in it, rust around the drain (no drain cover) and chips in the actual tub. That was my second room since there were some kind of bugs in the bed in my first one. The next morning I saw some rooms that had double beds that looked really nice so, maybe get a room with double beds and you'll be better off The staff was great, They hire very cool people. There were apologies and they were super nice. The next day it looked like they had the Jacuzzi working and people were having a really nice time out there so like I said, I think maybe I just had an uncharacteristically bad experience that isn't the norm. But I'd say the quality of the rooms don't match the quality of the common areas so be prepared for that shocker."

"Mostly a good stay. There was some hallway drama and frequent door slamming (which is more on the guests than the hotel), and I got locked out of my room 1 hour before checkout and had to request to be let back in."
