"Incredible grounds and facilities! The staff was wonderful, so warm, helpful and professional!! The breakfast, and restaurants were fantastic. We had an amazing stay for 5 nights. Honestly, I wish we could have had more time there, but our itinerary was already established. Honestly, canโt recommend highly enough!"

"This family of three enjoyed a ten day stay and found Relais Bellaria a friendly and relaxing experience. The restaurant was excellent throughout, though I would prefer that dogs are not permitted inside. though the coffee machine was often not working. The gym equipment was quite old, though functional, but the gym itself is not air conditioned and is far too hot. The pool area is lovely with plenty of loungers. The pool does get busy at times with outside visitors but not enough to spoil the experience. We had a Junior Suite which I recommend for three persons for the extra space, though the sofa bed was not large enough for anyone over 10 years old. A double fold out sofa bed is necessary if advertising as an โextraโ bed. The shower was small with unreliable water pressure. I mention the negatives to bring to the hotelโs attention but this was an excellent visit overall and good value for money."

"Nice place in the outskirts of downtown- little hard to find with Mapquest- but we did make it. The hotel is in great shape- the up garden needs a bit of maintenance- but the parking was excellent! Had very good dining experience for dinner- and our room was beautiful- we had the blue suite- which was outstanding- the hot tub on the balcony was fun. "

"Our stay was overall really great. The pool was lovely, there is a sauna but I didnโt get to use it. The breakfast had a nice selection and almost all of the staff were amazing and helpful. A special shout out to the lady that manages breakfast as she seems to remember everyone and makes an extra effort with all guests! The biggest detriment was the night manager on Sunday the 19th. I came downstairs and there was no one at reception so I wandered over to the restaurant to borrow a fork. I didnโt take it off any table that was already prepared but went to the cutlery pile. On the way back I saw the manager at reception and asked if it was ok that I borrowed the fork to show I wasnโt hiding anything or stealing anything and he was patronising and rude over a fork. Other staff members witnessed his attitude and apologised to me after but there no wonder he is a night manager. It might be better if he wasnโt affiliated with the hotel at all as it left a bitter taste in my mouth."
