"The check in was not explained properly. You have to check in at different location then we're the cabin is located. We had to drive around and finally call the place. Also we choose this cabin because it had wifi but it didn't worked the 2 days we were there. It's a charming town but there is no wifi and very bad service."

"Un poco de mayor cuidado en la limpieza de las habitaciones, dentro del closes estaba una cucaracha muerta (de las grandes). Tener mayor atención al servicio, ya que varias ocasiones en el Maria Bonita Bar dejaron sin atendernos, era complicado encontrar al mesero. Hasta un destapador les faltaba."

"The property has pleasant gardens and great potential, but several operational areas need improvement. Issues included voltage problems, insufficient air conditioning, no properly installed in-room safe, and two occasions without electricity and water. Some staff members were kind, but the property needs stronger operational standards and better basic hospitality to match its potential."

"Struggled with shower to get warm water. Was a bit surprised by this as priced higher than other places. Location was very good though."
