"Great location, about 30 minutes walk to Gibraltar passport control. Beach nearby. Many restaurants about 15 minutes walk. Quiet, comfortable room. Bed comfortable. No issues with air-condition and hot water. Very friendly and helpful staff. Parking not free. Breakfast available. Safe area."

A lot better than I expected, nice beach area with lots of eating places including bars , cake shops and a great heladeria ! It was very busy on a Saturday afternoon.
