The boat itself was impeccably clean and furnished with new, modern appliances and furnishings. There's an excellent kitchen for those who want to cook, and the boat's rooftop 'terrace' is a great place to relax. The provided water and welcome drinks in the fridge were a great touch. "Property is ok, a bit outdated but has everything you need. A bit of suggestion it would be nice to have a bit of basic condiments in the kitchen like salt. Beds are comfortable. Cleaning only once in 4 days so we didn't get any. Automatic key dispenser if you arrive after 8 pm Sunday - I tried and couldn't work it out but staff very helpful Solid 4 stars but don't expect very high standarts. "

The hotel felt more like an institution rather than a bright and open welcoming building too far away from restaurants and other amenities. And as a result way too overpriced. I have stayed in hotels in Estopana at half the price were more pleasant."

"The apartment was very nice.. But there were some electrical problems. The heating worked ok for the beginning of the stay but the 24 hours could no get it to work. The biggest problem was the fridge..the thermostat seemed to be stuck on very cold so all the food Froze in the main compartment..Ruined E 80 of food.. Needs a new Refrigerator. it looked very old.."

"After booking I received an email stating that I needed to check I by 17:30 otherwise there was an extra 20€ charge. I specifically made sure I was booking a room with a microwave, but when checking in the receptionist said twin rooms don't have kitchen, I had to show her the description on hotels.com staying a kitchennete and she was able to give me a 1 bed apartment, as I needed somewhere to cook my food. There is not a freezer as described. The attachment to hold the shower head was broken...

"I loved the location of the property as it was high up on a hill and the views of the sea are amazing and views of the mountains and the different villages and golf courses were fantastic. The staff were amazing and very nice and friendly! I particularly liked Victoria and Christian who both worked so hard and treated me like family! Kudos to them. I will definitely come back to stay at your hotel!"
