"El apartamento Superior es totalmente nuevo. Muy bonito y completo. Limpieza de 10. Pena que había algo de humedades en las 2 habitaciones ( nos avisaron el mismo día....). El la habitación de 2 camas había algo de olor... Hubiera sido ideal conocer con antelación tema recoger llaves. Hasta el mismo domingo no nos dijeron nada... Salvo esto, bien."

"Good size room, quirky design with a spiral staircase to the bedroom. Check in out of hours was very easy and staff were absolutely lovely! Fabulous continental breakfast. "

"Stunning property right on the Sea. My room overlooked the sea and was overall clean and comfortable. The beds are exceptionally comfortable. The front desk staff were very friendly and accommodating. The restaurant/bar staff were friendly but perhaps because I didn’t pay the all inclusive package and was paying per meal/drink, I’d have to ask to be served. It would also be nice if there were staff circulating and provide service to the day bed areas. The hotel would experience more profit...

"You will be staying in a section of a large resort. Your room may well be in amongst the all-inclusive families. Not an issue for us but if you are expecting exclusive adults only, then this is not the place for you. If you are expecting 5 star luxury, then this is not it. Don't spend money on a "premium/luxury" sunbed, the system felt like a scam, the service was terrible. We enjoyed sitting in the sun, we enjoyed breakfast and our room but anything app or service related ended up being met...

"Je vais commencer par 2 points négatifs : -la piscine n'est pas chauffée au mois d'avril impossible de se baigner - le toboggan n'a été fonctionnel que le premier jour - fuite d'eau dans la chambre Points positifs : - buffet très varié - les animations du soir ont été une très agréable surprise - situation géographique de l'hôtel pour visiter l'île - équipement pour les enfants :3 piscines, parc de jeux, city stade ... Je recommande pour des séjours famille"
