"DIRTY !! Do not stay here! All was good checking in, beautiful view...until i got to the room. The place was disgusting. Mold growing all over the outside to the inside of the rooms. Mold on the ac (that wouldn't even get cold). Ants and mold all over the bathroom, ants crawling out of the cracks in the ceiling. Brown spots on the white sheets along with what looks like sharpie writings as well on the bedding. Im surprised not to see many reviews on the cleanliness of this "resort". Btw its not stated anywhere when booking but there is no wifi in the rooms and you need to shuttle wherever you need to go. Even to your vehicle parked. Not easy to walk around their property. When trying to make dinner reservations, before seeing the room, the man Oscar seemed to not want to help us at all after we were told by the front desk to find him specifically. I was in the room for a total of 10 minutes while searching for a last minute room at another hotel. When handing the keys back and telling the man at the front i could not stay there, he was not surprised or even asked what the problem was...it was like he knew the place was not up to standard. I have been trying to reach out for my refund after they messaged me about leaving a review and it seems they have ghosted me, messages are being read but no reply or no action has been taken (the man did tell me to contact about the refund and to send in my photos for proof) . DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE"
