También, entra demasiada luz, si alguien camina en la noche en el pasillo se encienden las luces y entra la luz al cuarto. Lo demás estuvo bien, sencillo pero aceptable."

"Se reservó con anticipación, recibí un correo con el código de reserva y PIN, al llegar al alojamiento nadie salió a recibirnos a pesar de tocar el timbre en reiteradas ocasiones, se procede a marcar a recepción y nos indican que no tienen ninguna reserva a ese nombre, que si se reservó por parte de alguna aplicación lo chequemos ahí. Así de facil se deslindaron y además comentaron que no es la primera vez que pasa, entonces por qué no toman acciones para corregirlo? Perdimos nuestro itinerario...
