I was a bit wary when arriving, and was definitely taken aback by a requirement to give a deposit in cash, I found the bed, fridge, TV, and shower better than I've seen in other two-star hotels -- and the deposit was kept in a folder, paper-clipped to my initial check-in paperwork. We spent 15 minutes waiting to be seated in the restaurant before we decided to just go elsewhere.

GrandStay Hotel & Suites
The breakfast was not very fresh. Thr warm food was soggy. The hot tub was not warm enough. The floor is the bathroom was dirty. The staff were very nice and the hotel is in a good spot to walk to the river and downtown.
