Located on narrow, winding roads, the hotel provides an excellent base for exploring the island. Reception is friendly, efficient and knowledgeable, rooms are nicely decorated, beds are comfortable, and bathrooms with walk-in shower are spotless. Efficient and capable staff freshen up the room each day. There is a pool and a large sitting area outside (but not in use...

"Wonderful staff. Fab food. First room we were given was v v small my husband couldn’t bend down in the small shower. Had a word and were moved to larger room with larger shower the next day "

"Used for a 1nt stop over. Clean, friendly and affordable. Only one issue was my mum has some mobility issues, both are nearly 80 and were on the 4th, top floor with no lift. So its worth mentioning when booking if you struggle with stairs"

"Great location in the heart of the city, handy to all amenities including shops, bars, and cafes. Easy walking distance from the ferry terminal (about 10 mins walk). Room was small but totally sufficient for one person. It was warm and cozy, and had a nice outlook with views of the harbour and the islands.The bath was a big plus.Helpful staff, and reception was always available to answer questions. "

"Yes it did invite pets but I do not want to go to breakfast with them barking. Staff not very helpful or tell about your choice for breakfast and they serve coffee and hot water in flasks which was cold. And all you had was 2 sockets in your room nothing by the bed "
