"Beautiful property, well furnished rooms with friendly & helpful staff. While I would fully recommend the property, it was disappointing to turn up and find no availability at the spa despite staying three nights/four days. Also, the hotel added on a service charge of £10/day on checkout despite having already paid a 12.5% service charge in the restaurants & bars (which made up 100% of our bill given we had pre-paid). "This hotel is a good quality place to stay. Staff are extremely attentive and welcoming. Breakfast was wide ranging, although they only display a limited range of milk. Bedroom was ok, nicely decorated but felt a bit old fashioned. The bed was not the most comfortable. There were limited plug sockets and no USB charging ports."
