"A 3 star hotel masquerading as a 4* one because it has a ‘spa’. Very tired in places especially around the spa area and corridors was in terrible condition. Being shown to your room through the underground car park wasn’t the best start. Paper cups in the rooms really cheap. Though the room was clean, and of nice decor, modern and a good view the bathroom was tired. The breakfast had a good selection of food, but the hot food was not so hot and was catering to the masses. The website is...

"Expérience décevante rien à voir avec les photos du site, spa fermé non renseigné sur le site, aucune personne à l’accueil. Nous étions les seuls clients de l’établissement. Pas pu avoir de renseignements sur les infos de l’hébergement et l’appartement était très sale et peu accueillant. "

"Lovely rooms but not huge. We took a superior double which was lovely but a little cosy. The food was amazing. Especially dinner. The staff were very friendly. We had a shuttle that took us to the slopes. Took 3 minutes but saved a 15 minute walk. They sadly didn’t tell us last pick up was 4:45 so when we called at 5pm, they were very apologetic but said we had to take the bus. The beds were a little hard but when I asked for a topper, they put one on and that fixed that. I can’t fault...
