"We (group of 4) were delighted by this beautiful hotel. It is set on a mountainside surrounded with fruit and coffee plantation. Our rooms were clean and bright, with modern ensuite bathrooms. We enjoyed our meals in the dining area, with fabulous view over the valley and distant hills. The swimming pool and hot tub were clean and lovely. Best of all - the staff are wonderful, helpful, cheerful, friendly and so patient with us travellers. Only one challenge: the road up to the hotel is in poor...

"Es la Hacienda más bonita que hemos visitado. Llena de detalles y con mobiliario y decoracyde cuando se fundó. Las fotos de expedia no hacen justicia a la preciosidad de casa y jardines. El entorno es absolutamente mágico. Hay incluso preciosos caballos en el jardín. Las habitaciones son a cuál más bonita llenas de detalles antiguos. Los baños igualmente preciosos y funcionales. El desayuno muy bueno también. Con seguridad volveremos."

"En general es muy normal, la señora de la cocina muy querida y servicial. Las toallas estaban manchadas de amarillo. La primer noche, nos quedamos con la llave del lavamanos en la mano y fue reparada, la piscina con excesivo olor a cloro. No, nos sentimos seguros, la chapa de la habitación estaba dañada a pesar de que se echaba seguro, se podía abrir desde afuera, así que para dormir nos tocó poner una silla por seguridad, pues estábamos con niños. A pesar de que avisamos el sábado en la noche,...

"The receptionist was friendly. The room was clean but had no air conditioning so thats why Im giving 4 stars. The night got really humid. Breakfast was delicious. They have a dog and a cat which I love to see establishments being kind to animals. They also have a convenient store right next to the hotel that was definitely a plus."
