"Claro, aquí tienes una opinión bonita, natural y con mucho entusiasmo para que la pegues en la encuesta: Mi experiencia en el hotel fue excelente, de verdad que todo estuvo cinco estrellas. Desde el momento de la llegada, el trato de todo el personal fue muy amable, atento y profesional. Se nota que se preocupan por que los huéspedes se sientan cómodos y bien atendidos. La limpieza estuvo súper bien, tanto en la habitación como en las áreas comunes. Todo se sentía cuidado, organizado y agradable. El servicio, la atención y la calidad de la estadía superaron mis expectativas. No tengo ninguna queja. Al contrario, me voy muy satisfecho y con una excelente impresión del hotel. Sin duda, lo recomendaría y volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Gracias por hacer de mi estadía una experiencia tan buena!"

"En sentido general el hotel y el personal estuvieron muy bien. Si embargo, hay cosas que pueden mejorar: 1. A veces en la limpieza de la habitación no colocan la cantidad suficiente de toallas o papel higiénico necesario para la cantidad de huéspedes 2. No hay plancha en la habitación 3. Tampoco hay secador de pelo 4. El baño no tiene extractor El personal de recepción es muy atento y educado. Me encantó su atención"
