"The studio apartment was adequate for 3 women travelling together. It is located one block away from the 24-hour street. Everything was very clean, including the pool on the rooftop, although it was a little bit chilly to use it. Communication was not good. On our last day we found out about the extra mattress disguised behind the bed; one of us slept in the sofa. We had a hard time to figure out how to open the door; we called a couple of times and got immediate answer, but it was hard to...

"Andrea iat front desk s the best, great service, big heart for us travelers. Worst part is i ordered a private room but had to go outside in the closed courtyard down the hall to rhe bsthroom in 40 degree weather at night. The other rooms are indoors.The hotel is in a central area of the best part of town Palermo Soho. "

"The unit was spacious and rooftop pool very useful. Laundry facilities were a bonus. However the property was poorly stocked. Very little utensils or supplies to cook or clean the apartment. The toilet seat was broken and after a request to have repaired no one showed to fix it. "
