"We had a good stay. I booked this place, as it is close to the ferry port to Old Quebec City. Parking is plenty. and you have 3 hours of free parking. However, trying to pay for a few more hours just in case you stay longer, is an ordeal. Ferries leave every half an hour and we missed many. I found later and much farther away that the parking paying system was not working properly. No one knew anything. It ruined my trip not knowing if I was going to find my vehicle in the way back and have to start making calls and payments to recover it. Unfortunately there is no service and no information. The 1800 phone number is a recording in French. no one answers ever. It was not the hotel fault, but be warned. "

"Hotel Manoir Victoria made my stay in Old Quebec City absolutely memorable. From the moment I walked in, the hotel smelled amazing. At check-in, the staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly. The older gentleman at the front desk was very informative and recommended dining at the hotel restaurant an excellent suggestion, as the food was outstanding! The room was spacious and comfortable, and I can’t stop talking about the heated bathroom floors such a wonderful touch that made my stay extra cozy. The bed was perfectly made, and I slept like a baby. I give my stay a 10 out of 10 and will definitely be returning to Hotel Manoir on my next visit!"
