"Poor treatment at arrival. Staff was not able to answer my to questions mainly as to why my family and I were being put in the underground rooms while I booked ahead on f time.He kept saying that I should ask his Manager the next morning as didn’t why. "Overall we enjoyed the stay very much, a nice spacious room in good condition, everything we needed at a very central location. Just a couple of small things were a little disturbing - we never met anybody from the reception, the frontdoor was often locked and couldn't be just opened with our key card for the room, but by going through a process with calling through a number pad besides the door, getting to an automatic voice, in combination with holding the card in front of the reader. "Bathroom and shower were not clean. Pubic hair in shower, white, unknown substance on taps.
No amenities. No kettle, no tea, no microwave.
No staff to bring clean cups, glasses.
I asked for clean towels, shower mat, glass, cup. Got them 5 days later and they gave me an already used tea cup with tea dripped down the side of the cup.
Room was supposed to come with breakfast included, but the restaurant that was to provide the breakfast, was closed most of the days I was staying, so no breakfast...

"We stayed for 1 night and this hotel is perfect for us! It is well managed and super clean!
Parking is so convenient, check in and out is easy. There is an IGA supermarket that is 2 mins walk. I would love to come back!"
