"Our family had a wonderful stay at Grand Palladium, and overall we had an amazing vacation. We were fortunate to be upgraded to Family Selection, and I honestly think it made a huge difference in our experience. The exclusive dining options, family-friendly amenities, and activities for the kids were excellent. If you're traveling with children, I highly recommend the upgrade—it was absolutely worth it.
The food was fantastic at almost every restaurant we tried. We really enjoyed the variety and quality throughout the resort. The only exception was Bamboo. Unfortunately, the service there was disappointing. Our waitress was not very friendly, barely interacted with us, and the food did not meet the high standard we experienced everywhere else.
A special thank you to Raul, our butler. He was attentive, professional, and always available whenever we had questions or needed assistance. He truly helped make our stay even more enjoyable.
The staff throughout the resort were generally very friendly and provided great service, with only a few minor exceptions.
The only area that could use improvement was housekeeping. It seemed like the housekeeping staff may have been overworked. The staff was always polite and resolved the issue, so it felt more like a staffing problem than an individual performance issue.
Overall, we had an incredible experience and created wonderful family memories."
