"Absolute Perfection at Excellence El Carmen – Highly Recommended! I spent 7 wonderful days at this resort in April, and it was a flawless experience. We stayed in a suite with a private pool, which I highly recommend for anyone looking for true comfort and a relaxing getaway. The grounds and the beach are impeccably maintained and very clean. What I loved most is the balance—there is something for everyone, whether you are looking for great dining, active entertainment, or just peace and quiet. Everything was perfect from start to finish. I truly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this hotel!"

"Some staff was pleasant but overall many of them were rude and made us feel like we were bothering them. We paid a significant amount to upgrade our room for it to be dirty and outdated. The food was okay. Overall I do not plan on booking this resort again in the future. "

"The food is average. The rooms are average. It did seem like it wasn’t cool enough but it wasn’t a big issue. Not enough connections bring an extension cord. The area is nice with a lot palm trees. The staff were friendly. The pool is def a party vibe. The theme parties are fun. We had a great experience. Satisfied for the price, would book again. "
