"Very friendly and professional "

"This hotel was by far one of the best hotels we’ve ever stayed in. They had everything you could imagine and think ahead for all your anticipated needs. Fresh fruit water prepared for you in the lobby. Great staff. The only problem was our TV didnt work for the almost all of our stay. I spent more time trying to fix it than watching it. I called the front desk several times and the service employee came to fix it and then it broke again. "

My family and I walked absolutely everywhere from the hotel and when we couldn't walk the Hop on Hop off bus was very close. The buffet was excellent."

"I have stayed at this property a number of times while boarding cruises in Barcelona, it is convenient for the airport and downtown Barcelona as it is right beside the Europa Fira station which is on a number of lines . The rooms are nice even, but you should be aware that the bathroom is glass and takes up a lot of the room"

"Indoor pool is very small and almost like a jacuzzi but water temperature was not warm enough. Other than that very good amenities."
