"Séjour décevant .Accueil lent et peu convivial, personnel pas disponible, dilettante . Difficile d'obtenir un renseignement car jamais personne à la réception. Lorsque j'ai téléphoné à l'hôtel au mois de juin pour réserver une chambre au mois d'aout, je n'ai pas réussi à le joindre,personne ne répond au téléphone, c'est pourquoi j'ai réservé via le site Hôtels . "We stayed overnight after we left our ski apartment, before travelling on the next day. Very nice staff let us leave our many bags with early check-in. Perfect for a quick stop-over. Good breakfast for the price. A great formula if you’re on the move."

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

The property is managed through a company that only has local phones for contact information. Using the Expedia app to communicate with them is unreliable as they will claim not to receive messages on time or at all. Once booking is completed they will send you an email in French.
