"Extremely clean nice staff amazing delicious breakfast"

"We used the airport shuttle to and from and they were great! Took us to the airport at 4:30am. Breakfast was good. Room was great, beds were comfortable and everything was clean. Super Stay!"

"Our handicap accessible room was very spacious. We had alot of hot and cold breakfast items too choose from with fresh fruit. The free parking and airport shuttle made our choice to stay at this location very easy. The hotel is located near shopping, restaurants and the Arizona State University. It is not far from downtown Phoenix so ride share is affordable if you choose not to drive. The staff was very nice and made sure we were comfortable during our five night stay."

"Staff was excellent. Beds super comfy! The pool area, including the wave, pool and bridges and lazy river or little in dis Repair. They need definitely need to replace the cove and the rock. Some parts were like had fallen in and they had them blocked off so that would be my only complaint."

"Very comfortable and clean and had great amenities. I love that they let you borrow kitchen appliances. Only confusing thing was how the stove and timer were interconnected. Regardless, very comfortable and the shower also works great and they have the bottles of body wash and shampoo installed in the shower. Air conditioning also works great. The staff was also cool for the most part."

"Property is a bit run down and there are sketchy people around. Staff is very friendly however. Room was ok - clean but no amenities really and old mattress. Air conditioning worked ok. Parking is free."

"I would say probably one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had shower was filthy. There were bedbugs, and they was blood on the sheets. When we tried to receive our security deposit back, they claim that there was damage and they would not return it and we had a whole party of 20 people staying at the hotel ran by a family that does not know what they are doing."
