"It’s Hilton, so you’re getting excellent service. I had room service and laundry. They were prompt and the food was great.
The dinning area downstairs was convenient and there was a good selection of food options. Its downtown Boston location was very convenient. I walked to many the tourist spots on my list.
It is an old hotel, so don’t expect it took hi-tech. There’s no parking besides valet. I would certainly stay here again next time I’m in Boston. "

The breakfast was beyond what most hotels offer, and there were machines in the lobby where you could get an instant cappuccino, latte, or hot chocolate at any time.
