"Everything was great—not quite 5-star great, but it was still a good stay. The only reason I wouldn’t recommend it is the location. It’s farther from everything in Boston than I expected, and the Uber costs added up quickly, around $40 per ride, 2–3 times a day. There are better hotels, even at a slightly higher price, that are within walking distance of most attractions. In the end, you’ll probably spend less overall and have a much more convenient experience."

"I had a great stay at Element. The room was excellent—clean, spacious, and very comfortable. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and the pillows provided some of the best neck support I've had at a hotel, making it easy to get a great night's sleep. The real highlight of my stay, though, was the staff. I visited during an exceptionally busy time with the World Cup, yet every team member I interacted with was warm, patient, and genuinely hospitable. They handled the crowds with professionalism...

"I had an early flight at Logan so I slept here for the night. The place was super clean, the bed was nice. They had a fan on the ceiling and an extra fan which I appreciated. The bathrooms were really nice. I was able to park in the back, but there was also plenty of street parking. There was some confusion with my room number when checking in and the host responded immediately."

"Parking was not easy. It was advertised as free parming and the explanation made it seem simple enough but finding free street parking in the area is not easy and you co stantly have to move your vehicles."

"The gentlemen that I spoke to was not kind and criticized everything he did not explain things and was cynical and very rude . When you are asking for information he tells you read the emails . When you mention you don’t have access to internet and it does not show he you to read again and speaks to you in a condescending way . The apartment is not quiet and the area is not safe at all . TO AVOID not worth it at all !"

"Unlike the filthy disgusting property at Heath Street, Ramada was a clean and well serviced small hotel with a basic breakfast included in the booking. There was no bar or restaurant facilities outside of the breakfast but coffee and tea available all day. Location is a bit isolated but there was a shuttle bus free to the train station and for 10$ to the airport."

"The most amazing views! Early May, so weather was breezy and overall warm but not hot. We loved how easy it was to walk from the property to many restaurants and shops, as well as get take ride share to further away places. Upon arrival we had to have staff re-clean portions of the bathroom because the cleaning crew had not done a satisfactory job; dirt and hair in corners, and hair in the bathtub. "Beautiful property with lovely restaurant but rooms are small/tight compared to other luxury hotels. AC system was loud and inefficient. Reminded me of old Marriotts from 1990’s. Butler is a nice concept but slow responses $10 coffee was good but….seems a bit much. Good location. Overall there’s other nice hotels we’ve enjoyed that are superior to this hotel and less expensive"

"Home was immaculate and modern with great views of park & Mass State house. Finishing are very high end and host was super responsive. Only reason not to give a perfect score was some of questionable characters across the street at the square and nearby train station. Never felt unsafe, but hope the city can clear the area for this prized location and highly upgraded penthouse. Peter is great."
