"別府駅からも近く、とてもきれいで新しいアパートホテルでした。家族旅行で利用しましたが、ベッドも快適で、キッチンに冷蔵庫も電子レンジも調理器具食器もひと通り揃っており、次は長期滞在で利用したいと思いました。洗濯機と浴室乾燥もありました。私は旅行中に家族４人分の洗濯物を干したくなかったので、山側に徒歩４分のところにあったコインランドリーで乾燥だけ利用しました。駐車場は、駅とホテルの中間辺りにあるコインパーキングを利用しました。１２時間６００円でした。別府駅まで５分ほど歩くと、コンビニもお土産やさんもパン屋さんも美味しいコーヒーやさんやレストランもあって便利でした。今どきの無人チェックインシステムだったので、スマホを持っていない高齢者には少し難しいかも。セキュリティはちゃんとしていて安心でした。"

"We had a very satisfying and excellent experience during our 8-night stay at INNEST HAKATA. In fact, we felt at home. The room (we booked a superior triple room for 2 adults and 2 kids) was spacious and very clean, with a balcony. "I spent two nights at this hotel and it had a great breakfast buffet with items labeled which I appreciated. There was so much food, it felt like a lunch buffet! Their check in was quick with friendly staff (that also spoke English) and I was able to borrow an iron. Room comes with a ipad for temperature control, check out (which didn't work for me). Amenities are great with a rooftop pool, coin laundry and small fitness center. You can also rent a yukata (summer kimono). I rented a room with a double bed for myself since that was all that was available when I booked and it was a large room with a corner sofa/table area, separate bathroom/bathtub and shower and also a seat at the vanity mirror. Would stay here again!"

"El personal fue muy amable en todo momento. Nos facilitaron una báscula para pesar maletas .Tuvimos que usar un parking con convenio ya que el coche era más alto que el techo(cuidado), el encargado del parking estaba preocupado por si nos perdiamos. La habitación era conveniente, más grande que lo normal del país. Los baños estaban algo viejos, oxido alrededor de sanitarios. En la planta 3 había lavandería, al llegar olía bastante a tabaco."

"There are many hotels to choose from in the Kirishima area, but I selected Pulse Kirishima because it's only about a 5-minute drive from Kirishima Jingu, making it a great base for sightseeing. I highly recommend booking a room in the Renovated Wing. We stayed in a Superior Room, and it was well worth it. The renovated wing is much closer to the lobby, restaurant, pool, and onsen, making it very convenient. The view from our room was stunning. However, if you're visiting during the summer, keep in mind that you'll likely hear noise from the pool until around 6:00 PM. This hotel is especially popular with families, including grandparents traveling with young children. The atmosphere is lively and family-friendly, but if you're looking for a quiet, peaceful retreat, you may want to consider another property. At check-in, guests can reserve private karaoke rooms and a private onsen for an additional fee, which is a nice option for families or couples. The parking lot fills up quickly, so I recommend arriving early. The check-in process began around 2:30 PM, with room keys distributed at 3:00 PM. While the process was organized, I think a welcome drink service during the wait would have made the arrival experience even better. There aren't many restaurants in the surrounding area, so I highly recommend booking the half-board plan, which includes both the dinner and breakfast buffets. It was the most convenient option and made our stay much more enjoyable."
