"Room 5th floor center of building. WiFi was 2 to 7 Mbps Wi-Fi download speed and 1 Mbps upload. Hotel front desk informed. Staff could not resolve issue. I tried 2 eSims (Docomo/KDDI) but building walls prevented use. Bed comfortable, refrigerator would not cool bottle so I would get ice from 2nd floor. 4 night stay and I was informed at check in no cleaning for 4 days…unless I requested. Hotel dated . There are other hotel options and I will choose differently next time in Sasebo"

"Very lovely room with plenty of space and a great view of Kumamoto. Lots of amenities provided in the room, which was well-furnished. Breakfast was delicious, with a large selection of both Japanese-style and Western-style foods, as well as Kumamoto specialties. Staff were polite and helpful and able to communicate effectively despite a language barrier. Property was beautiful, with a lot of fresh flowers, foliage, and rooftop terrace. "新しくできたホテルなので、とにかく中がめちゃくちゃ綺麗だし、ロビーがとても良い香りがしていました ウェルカムドリンクが到着して、すぐにサービスでありホテルに着いた満足感がありました ホテル周辺は飲食店が多く、飲食なども困らず楽しい気持ちで食事させていただきました チェックアウト後にすぐに忘れ物をしてしまい、すぐに連絡をくださり感謝いたします 良い旅行ができました"

"セキュリティの高さと商業施設直結の便利さがいいです。最初だけ一度２階から１４階に上がりフロントを通ってからホテルの部屋に「降ります」。それだけ分かっていればサクラマチバスターミナル直結の便利さと商業施設の豊富さを享受できる環境です。部屋の窓から熊本城が見えたりして満足感は高かったです。"

"老舗といった感じで 建物自体には年季を感じましたが 掃除が行き届いており清潔感がありました。 3泊させていただきましたが、毎日室内を整頓してくださり、ウェルカムギフトのご当地お菓子とミネラルウォータを毎日補充してくださり、とても嬉しかったです。 宿泊者用の共有キッチン室や図書室もあり、 細部に気配りを感じるホテルでした。 居心地の良い時間を過ごさせていただきました。"

"浴室のカーテンが非常に臭かった。 洗面台の水はちょろちょろ、お湯はざーざーで、バランスが悪いため、火傷の可能性がある。 朝食の場所が２階で、かなり手狭でしたね。"

"First off the staff were amazing from the moment we drove up to the property, then with urgency getting a cart for the bags, the front desk were very knowledgeable ( if they didn’t know something they found out for you) bottom line very professional but personable. They just had a soft opening 5/25, we arrived on the 28th. Not being able to speak fluent japanese they all made an effort to help me. Mr. Sunagawasan spoke a little English and he mad such an effort to accommodate me and...
