Value for money budget hotel. Includes decent breakfast, password access to room is convenient. No frills hotel. Usage of laundry and dryer is just 100yen for 30mins each, washing detergent provided. Great location to shopping malls and Hankyu train station.

The bathtub very slow emptying after washing my hair, properly it got clogging with my hair. But there was no such problem when I stayed in other hotels. Free breakfast but very very crowded, we stayed the hotel in weekdays, breakfast started at 7am , we went there around 7:10am , we cannot find seats to be seated together

Great stay
Stay was great. Super convenient location right next to Nishiki market and all kinds of shopping. Bus stations super close for visiting all the temples. Rooms were fantastic. Bathrooms are small but exactly what we expected for Japan. Breakfast was great. Loved our stay.

We are not expecting a bathroom is that tiny. I am a small size lady. I can’t even turn my body in a bathroom.

Perfect location.
It was such a nice hotel, though the rooms were a bit small for two people, but the staffs are very polite, kind and always helpful. The location was perfect for all scenic attractions. I would definitely book again in this hotel next year.

Great location! Very central to major attractions in Gion. Breakfast is a good value with emphasis on Japanese cuisine. Major negative is the condition of rug in my room. In my opinion I felt I needed to wear the slippers provided in the room because the rug was so stained and worn. Also I personally would rather have a window you can see out of rather than the frosted type window in the room.

Good hotel with everything that I want
Very nice and polite staff, a very convenient location, good to have big breakfast and happy-hour drink there. A minor problem is that female and male guests need to take turn using and sharing the spring pool; nevertheless, good to have the facility there.

無駄になる歯ブラシセット
エコステイを謳っている点は良いと思いますが、連泊の人用に、歯磨きペーストの大きなものを提供したらよいと思います。一泊分のペーストだと、歯ブラシセットを2つ使って、エコではありません。

エコに配慮したコスパに優れたホテル
京都及び近隣の府県への旅行に非常に便利な場所にあります。飲食やショッピングにも便利な所です。部屋は広いとは言えませんが、快適にすごせるよう種々工夫がなされており、コスパを重視し、ホテルは寝に帰るところと割り切って考えられる方にはお奨めのホテルです。健康に配慮した朝食と天然温泉が利用できるのも気に入っていて、春と秋の年２回、連泊で利用しています。

立地の良い快適ビジネスホテル
とても立地の良い場所にあるビジネスホテルです。徒歩で周辺の観光地を回れました。施設内もサービスが充実しており、快適に過ごせます。朝食の時間が決められており午前7時から9時です。朝食メニューも豊富で美味しいです。大浴場は時間で区切られ男湯と女湯と交替制になります。

Ein wunderbares Hotel zu einem wunderbaren Preis! Preis/Leistung ist absolut überragend und es kann bedenkenlos zugegriffen werden! War am Anfang etwas überrascht. Wenn man das Hotel betritt, sieht man keine Rezeption. Nur eine automatische Glasschiebetür, ein Zahlenfeld mit Telefonhörer. Hinter der Glastür 2 Aufzugtüren. Die Rezeption ist im 3 Stock. (Mal was anderes) Die Automatiktür wird um 0:00 verriegelt. Dann kommt man mit dem Zugangscode den man auch für sein Zimmer verwendet rein. Es gibt keine Schlüsselkarte oder ähnliches. Ich fand das sehr praktisch. Die Zimmer sind sauber. Täglich frische Handtücher und Pyjama. Klimaanlage funktioniert 1A. Zimmergröße ist in Ordnung. Badezimmer sehr funktional aber auch Japanisch eng. Bei 120kg könnte es dan schon spannend werden. Allerdings benutzt man das Badezimmer ohnehin nur wenig. Man benutzt lieber den Hauseigenen. Onsen. Hier ist genug Platz und das Wasser im Becken ist wirklich heiß! Das Personal ist überaus freundlich und Hilfsbereit. Das größte Plus ist wohl die Lage. Viele Sehenswürdigkeiten inkl. Gion-Distrikt, Nishiki Market, die Restaurant Gasse Bahn/Bus/und U-Bahnhaltestelle gut zu fuß erreichbar. Auch bei Regen wirklich gut, da hat man nur ca. 15m weit zu gehen und dann kommt man bis zur Kyoto-Station auf überdachten Gehwegen oder unterirdischen Gängen. Echt super!

暗証番号が面倒でした。
全体的には過ごしやすいホテルです。 気になったのは入浴、部屋、両方に別々のパスワードが必要なこと。いちいちレシート状の紙を持ち歩くのが面倒でした。自分で写真撮って保存しておけばいいのですが。あと入浴マナーの悪い海外の客が多くて困りました。

四条河原町のすぐ近くでとにかく立地がいいし、近くにコンビニがあるので便利です。朝ご飯もおいしかったし、スタッフも丁寧で親切でした。チェックインが２４時までなのと、温泉が男女入れ替え制なのが残念です。

リーズナブルな料金で、清潔で対応も良く、快適に過ごさせていただきました。温泉も気持ち良かったです。時間制でなければ最高です。 朝食も無料なのに、パンも美味しかったです。

温泉施設の充実を希望
立地がよく、宿泊客向けサービスが充実している割に料金は低廉なので、京都観光ではこのホテルをよく利用させていただいている。満足度は高いが、ホテルの温泉については利用しにくさを感じる。現在、男女別に利用時間帯を設けて入れ替え制を行っているが、温泉施設を増やして時間を気にせずに利用できるようにしていただくことを検討してほしい。ＪＲ奈良駅前のスーパーホテルでは男女別に温泉が利用できるようになっている。 さらに魅力が増すと思う。
