"I am not satisfied with their service. I booked a deluxe room and the air conditioning is not working. I was on the 3rd floor and they downgrade my room to 1st floor. They told me there is nothing available. I was really upset and I ask if I can upgrade my room with extra money. But they kept telling me it’s not available except for the room in the 1 st floor. Will not go back to this hotel."

"I was pretty disappointed as I was looking forward to going to the beach. The images attached to the property are pretty much a lie, not related to the property at all but instead lifted from Google Maps for a beach that's half a kilometer away and currently closed. This really bummed me out as it was 23 degrees and perfect beach weather but I found out only after arriving that it doesn't open until June. I think it's pretty sneaky of the property to plaster their listing with photos of the...

"I can’t say enough about the helpful staff. They helped with my heavy luggage all the way up to the apartment and down again when I went to leave. Not having an elevator was going to be a problem but the ladies carried almost for me."
