"The room is 60% of my trip. I was very pleased with the grounds, my room and the space itself. I didn't get to use the pool but I did sit around it just to relax. I loved the lay out of the property and the running stream just below my balcony. I loved all the greenery around the property. I felt like I was in a small forest. "

Staff strikes just the right balance between attending to all your needs but without showering you with unnecessary attention. - Food: I am skeptical of hotel foods in general, find them quite bland. Como changed my whole notion. Food here is exceptionally good. Como Shambala menu options are healthy and outstanding. - Como Shambala Spa and the fitness area, yoga/pilates classess are the best. Exactly what one needs from a getaway in Bali. I am especially thankful for the spa staff that took great care of me when I became unwell. "

"Good central location, walking distance to a variety of restaurants, massage and some shops. Plenty of cafes close by for breakfast with good variety with better option than the in house restaurant. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Only downside is it can be slightly loud at times at night being in Canggu and some construction happening next door but only a small issue."
