This property is quite dated. The rooms are old, the bedding is old, the bathrooms are old, the towels are old, the aircon is old, the curtains are old. The whole place is just old and worn and aesthetically unappealing. Having said all that, my stay was comfortable and the location is quiet but convenient to eateries and shopping. Wouldnt cost much to make the place more aesthetically appealing, new linen, new curtains, some bleach spray. Not sure why the owners dont take a little more pride in staying up to date and competitive when kuta is already flooded with other places to stay. Do better Kondra.

少々古く、設備も必要最小限ですが、料金が安いので、大満足でした。スタッフは、フレンドリーで快適に過ごせるよう、サポートしてくれました。帰りの日は、バリ全体が大規模停電になってしまい、電気wifiが使えなく空港へのアクセスを心配しましたが、献身的にサポートしていただいたことを心から感謝します。ありがとうございました。

혼자 지냈는데 좋았습니다 8시도착비행기라 숙소에 일찍도착했는데 남는방있다고 체크인 일찍시켜줬어요^&^ 처음에 2일예약하고 하루연장함 냉장고없어서 아쉬웠지만 괜찮았어요 이불 구석에 머리카락이 잇긴했지만 그냥털어내고 사용햇습니다. 수영장도 있고 분위기좋아요 전 이층구석방 받아서 편하게사용햇는대 일층에는 아기랑 같이온 손님이 쓰시더라고용 바로앞이 수영장이라 편할거같앗어요 위치는 꾸따비치까지 걸어가도 무리없고 비치워크 쇼핑몰까지 맨날 걸어다녓습니다 조용하고 좋습니다 가성비 짱!

DO NOT STAY HERE

Absolutely awful. We originally booked for four nights, arrived at midnight on the first night and had left for and checked into a different hotel by 3am. Disgusting stain smeared walls, disgusting yellow sheet (only one of them), mildewy ceiling, and mosquitos everywhere. Mosquitos flying out of the faucet and all over the room...I’ve never been bitten so many times in my life. Plus the air conditioning did not work. Do not stay here.

상당히 깔끔하고 직원들도 친절하다 혼자라서인지 여자라서인지 아무도 숙박하지않는 3층에 방을 내줘서 그 층을 혼자 써서 좋았다 냉장고랑 전기포트가 없는게 조금 불편하지만 가성비 최고임은 틀림없다 첫날엔 바다 찾아가다가 뭐가 좋은 위치냐 싶었는데 그담날부터는 좋은위치임은 깨닫는다

A good place

A very nice stay. The hotel is tucked away in a lane, so it's away from traffic noise, but still close to everything Nice pool, comfy beds, clean rooms, great wifi, and friendly staff.

Week at Kondra

Was a great stay with lovely people except for one night was a celebration and staff were on the roof partying until the wee hours. Which wouldn’t have been so bad if i wasn’t trying to get an early sleep before a 2am night hike. Other then that was great and I would stay again

【ツインルームに宿泊】 ・空港、クタ、スミニャック等に程近く、にぎやかな通りがすぐ。クタレギャン通りが毎日渋滞しているため、ホテルにタクシーを呼ぶのはオススメしない。少し歩いたところでタクシーを拾うとよい。コンビニも近くに何軒かある。 ・部屋はスーツケース2個を同時に開けられる広さ、それぞれのベッドサイドにコンセント1口、サイドテーブルがある。 ・バスタブはなく、シャワーのみで、適温の調整が難しい。 ・ドライヤーは部屋にもフロントにもなかった。 ・バスタオルの交換はリクエストすれば可能。 ・スタッフがにこやかで親切。片言の日本語、英語が通じる。 ・朝食のバナナホットサンドが最高においしい。 ・チェックアウト後スーツケースの預かり可能。(フロント前の半分外のような場所) ・ツインルーム1室1泊1600円程度で泊まれたのでまた利用したい。

Cheap but overpriced

We ended up walking away from our pre-paid 12 night booking, even though we never got a refund. It was not what we expected at all. Fortunately, Hotels.com gave us a discount on another booking in a much better hotel and area. This hotel is definitely a budget hotel. The WIFI was a joke. It doesn't even have the basic things that you would expect in even a cheap hotel. Plus the room smelled musty and mildewed and the bed was hard as a rock. The towels are literally rags. The area is very bad. It's located at the end of a dark alley, which empties onto a dimly lit tiny street which is filled with shady people, drunks, and prostitutes (including ladyboys). I do not recommend this hotel at all. Spend a little more money and get a good hotel.
