Basically, there is no staff.
Showers and toilets are shared with other guests.
Enjoy local spa around the guest house.

"방마다 구비된 프라이빗한 온천이 특별했던 숙소였습니다. 우리가 묵은 방 안에는 야외 2개 실내 1개의 온천이 준비돼있는데, 야외에는 다른 온 도의 탕이 있어 목적에 따라 자유롭게 사용 가능했습니다. 숙소에서 준비해주는 음식도 너무나 맛있게 먹었습니다."

"Wonderful ryokan stay at Yufuin Kutsurogi no Yado Nanakawa. The location is very convenient, close to Yufuin Floral Village, quaint shops, and many restaurants. We enjoyed the half-board stay, and the food was sumptuous and beautifully prepared. The room was peaceful and comfortable, with a relaxing private onsen. A perfect place to slow down and enjoy the charm of Yufuin."
