Very convenient location, close to Toyota rental pick up, train station and the Kushiro washo seafood market! Just that the room was a little small for 2 pax

思っていた以上でした。

部屋入口付近が広くて最高ですね。1泊シングル、全室禁煙で他のホテルよりもかなりゆったりした作りです。一番は、キャリーケースを開ける際はNOストレス！full openで余裕あり。私としてはポイントが高いです。ブュッフェも和洋バランス良く中でもストロベリースムージーが超絶美味しくかったです。・・枕は低いです。

Gut vom Bahnhof zu Fuß erreichbar. Die Zimmer sind winzig, das Bad erinnert an ein "Bad" in einem Wohnmobil. Das Frühstück ist für japanische Verhältnisse wenig schmackhaft. Sauberkeit und Personal ok, wie immer in Japan.

Comfortable and convenient location

The hotel is very close to the station. The room was comfortable and good value. Free drinks are available downstairs, but only coffee or hot water. When I asked about tea, the receptionist reacted as if I was making an unreasonable request, which I found very strange.

お風呂に入ったとき洗面所の付け根がとても汚れていました お風呂に入ってないときでないと見えない部分、清掃の方は気が付かなかったと思い、フロントに言いましたが次の日はそれほどきれいになっているとは思いませんでした ロングステイのことをフロントに聞いてみたが通りいペンの説明でWebからするんですねという私の言葉にそうだとのこと、ネット出来ない人はどうするんでしょうね もう少し丁寧な説明が欲しかった　ロングステイ次回はそうしようと思っているので。。 荷物を出しにフロントにもって行ったら、荷物を持ち運んでくれたのは女性スタッフで男性スタッフはフロントにいたのに何もせずでした

Terrible stay

No air conditioning in summer time, I stayed in the end of May, only heating available which is central controlled by hotel. We couldn’t sleep all night because it was too hot (showing 27C) and no fresh air. Bathtub is too high which I almost fall down when getting in and out.
