Lovely service and best hospitality
If I visit again, I will definitely be staying here and be recommending to those who visit. Beautiful property, I was nervous when I realized it is on a small street but once I entered it was amazing. The garden, the cats, the rooms, the breakfast was great. Location is close to the beach and Ephesus -- need to drive. Walking distance to all the restaurants and shopping. And the best person ever - Yuskel. He literally very kindly and sweetly shipped my airpods back to Istanbul that I had left in the hotel. I cannot believe the generosity. I am so grateful!

We stayed a few days in this hotel and had a very pleasant stay! The location was great and the staff were welcoming. The walk is a bit on the uphill but that wasn't really a problem. I would love to come back to this place. The view from our room was insane and the hotel staff are very helpful.

A peaceful retreat from the cares of the world
Going on my first holiday following the unexpected death of my husband, I found the staff friendly, helpful and supportive. I arrived very early for checking and they were able to give me a room. They also provide me with a packed breakfast when I had arranged a tour. Nothing seemed too much trouble for them. They were even able to get me gluten free bread for my breakfast. The room was clean and comfortable and serviced daily. The communal breakfast area had continuous hot and cold drinking water and it was not a problem to get water when you needed it. The staff were happy and the ladies communicated as best they could with guests, which seemed to work. The manager spoke excellent English and had a welcoming persona for all guests. I would recommend Villa Konak as a peaceful quiet place, yet close to town and food outlets. However, you do need to be able to climb steps as the hotel is built on a hillside. The pool looked inviting, but I didn't go in. The sun loungers were comfortable for reading and sunbathing.

Peaceful in Kusadasi
Great location within easy walking distance to shops and restaurants but agree with past reviews that the hill back to hotel is steep. Feels like a world away from the busy port but still only a 4 min walk. Amount of space in room fit us perfectly - 2 adults and 1 teen. Good pool. Even had a library near pool! Breakfast was also nice.

Great place to hang out. A couple short blocks from tons of shopping, restaurants, and Mediterranean promenade. Property has lots of space to chill - couches and chairs, grass, trees and even a small swimming pool area. Manager super friendly and makes stay enjoyable. Front desk dude fairly abrupt and breakfast lady too busy eating her breakfast and socializing with maids to cook some eggs. Luckily the manager proactively intervened to ensure check in went smooth and eggs got cooked!! Recommend the hotel.

This is a hidden gem near the Kusadasi water front. Primary objective was to stay near walking distance of public transport. Yes I had hard time pulling my luggage on the last 20 meters to reach this place but it was all worth the climb. Very quite and tranquil. That’s not an issue if you reach by taxi or car. The room, the garden is plane simple and beautiful. Host was gracious to show around the variety of plants and flowers. Breakfast is great too! I plan to come back here sometime.
