Blev väl bemöt vid receptionen. Priset var bra för att vara sant för en all-inclusive hotel, tur att vi bara stannade en natt. Vi var 4 personer som skulle dela ett rum. Inte tillräckligt med bad-/handduka, säng lakan, samt kuddar och täcken. Små gamla schampo och duchcrem flaskor som de fyllde i om de var tomma. Det fanns inga tofflor på rummet så som det beskrivs på bokning sidan. Maten var abosult inte godkänt, och om hälso och miljöverket var förbi skulle det ha stängt igen köket för länge sen. Det flög en massa getingar och flugor bland maten och bakverket, och många katter som sprang runt i matsals området. Man tappade aptiten att äta. Inga varma rätter allt var vegetarisk. Under sen eftermiddag hade de snacks time, de serverade kall pommes frites. Väldigt besviken för att det ska kallas all-inclusive hotel. Badpoolen var ok men, inget hotel som jag kommer rekommendera till andra.

The worst vacation ever

all negative comments are right. we waited for 5 hours at reception for our room to get ready and because of that we lost our day. we had more bags but nobody offered to help us with them, they (the staff, hotel manager and girl at reception) didn't even tell us where our room was. they just gave us the key to it. When we complained about these things, the manager just laughed at us and told us that we have no right to complain. the food was suspicious and really old (they would serve one dish three days in a row by constantly reheating it and adding spices to it). vegetables were spoiled and tasted awful and everything was bery dirty. it takes 30 minutes to drive by a car (and even more by their beach shuttle which we had to wait until 11am even though we were told that it arrives at 10:30 am) to the beach and since there is no lunch at the beach, all inclusive was invalid. we stayed for only 3 days, but we planned to stay for 10 days and then reserved another hotel. We wouldn't reccomend this hotel to anybody. there were kind staff, but it looked like they were forced and unhappy which made me, personally, sad.
