Good location with a very nice sunset view. Management did their best for a comfortable stay. Bathroom needs a serious improvement.

Great Family Run Hotel

The hotel itself is a little tired however the family running it more than make up for this. Rooms are spacious and clean and the hosts went out of their way to make our stay great. Would definitely recommend.

Konumu iyi, odanın manzarası mükemmeldi. Yürüyerek birçok yere gidilebiliyor. Temizlik ve konfor yönünden de epey memnun kaldık. Havuzu girmek için çok küçük, kahvaltısı pek zengin sayılmasa da fiyatına göre gayet iyi tavsiye ederiz.

Nothing is as it looks like in the photos

It was a bad experience. 1. We asked for a hotel near center. It was far away, on a hil and it was impossible to reach center on foot. 2. The building was old and abandoned, without lift to reach the 3rd floor, and the public area looked dirty and abandoned. 3. The room was renovated with minimal style furnitures and a gorgious view, but the veranda was dirty, in the bathroom we found a used dirty towel and used soap and bath gel. 4. BREACFAST was descent, but we didn't trust enough the safety of the place to try it. We stayed one night instead of two (because we arrived quite late to leave instantly) and we went to a gorgious hotel (EFE BOUTIQUE KUSADASI). The place might be proper for families with children who look for a long-cheap accommodation and want to cook inside. I strongly recommend to avoid it.

Good value, just outside of Kusadasi

More of a chambre d'hote run by a nice couple. Good view of coast from room. A bit isolated but 15 minute walk into town;or 15 lira cab ride; or about 150 meters from dolmas stop (Ladies Beach) 4 lira. Quiet. Quite a walk up a hill. For $21 a good value.

Nice little hotel with a great view!

The hotel is perfectly located, with a great view and the breakfast was really good! The only little problem was the bed (a little bit old) and the rooms are not well isolated (you can hear a lot outside). Apart from that, it was great!

Perfect for a family stay

This apart-hotel has a great hillside view of the sea/harbor. It is older and some of the mechanics show their age. That said, the pool was open despite being here ahead of the season, the room is a spacious apartment with separate room with double bed for parents and three beds for children, a sofa, two chairs and a balcony for table and chairs. The location is perfect to take advantage of a neighborhood walking shopping area and a short distance from the castle and lighthouse. There is a lovely, family fish restaurant at the bottom of the hill on the seaside directly below the hotel if you want an authentic, old fashioned neighborhood experience. It would be perfect for an extended holiday or just an overnight as we did.

Pulizia inesistente

Il personale sembra disponibile e gentile ma putroppo alla fine non è stato tale in quanto nonostante abbiamo più volte sollecitato pulizia della camera e del bagno (visto che avevamo una ventola molto rumorosa e instabile nel sotto terrazzo di un altro appartamento) non ha mai provveduto ad effettuarla durante il nostro soggiorno!! Neppure gli asciugamani che ogni sera dovevamo richiedere al personale!! Colazione molto essenziale con pomodori formaggi e cetrioli, latte e the: nient'altro!! Talvolta frittata!! Qualità del soggiorno scadente!!

Das Asia Apart ist ein kleines Paradies, mit Obst-Bäumen, Katzen-Babys, Bade-Spaß im Swimming-Pool - und vor allem einer an Herzlichkeit nicht zu überbietenden Gast-Familie. Ein echter Volltreffer! The Asia Apart is a little paradise, with fresh fruits from the trees, Baby-Cats, swim-fun in the pool - and all above with a host-family, which cannot be excelled in its kindness!
