"The panamamic views surrounding the house are absolutely gorgeous! My wife and I have stayed at places all over the world (36 countries and counting) and this house ranks in our top 5. The room is huge (with a large, modern bathroom), and the house has a stocked game room with pool, ping pong, foosball, and more plus a giant chessboard outside. "Planches rustiques grinçantes pour sommier, Matelas taché est trop grand par rapport au lit, oreillers et literie d'un blanc jaunâtre plein de taches et souillés .....le tout froissés. Les murs couverts de toiles d'araignées sans oublier les rideaux. Pas possible de se voir dans le miroir de la salle de bain et le reste suit. Le PQ n'existe pas ici et la totale pas d'eau le matin. Bref l'hôtel est à enlever du site."

Best place in Kurunegala region to get an amazing panoramic view of the area. It is just a 30 minutes hike from the bottom of the rock. There's a giant 60m tall Buddha statue at the top of the rock as well. It is pretty much the landmark of Kurunegala region. Not a big tourist attraction. But worth a visit if you have some free time.

"We have been travelling throughout Sri Lanka staying in hotels for a couple of nights each time, this one was FABULOUS, from the moment you come through the gates, you feel that you're somewhere special, you are then presented with a beautiful turn of century colonial house, the room was HUGE with high ceilings and the biggest antique four poster bed you've ever seen, and matching furniture, the fully modern bathroom is accessed through and old antique door, and the waterfall shower was superb. We dined at the restaurant twice and found the food very good and well priced, we had opted for the continental breakfast, which was again very good, very highly recommended"
