"The location is great for what we needed- a quiet place but with the convenience of a grocery store just in front of the hotel and restaurant options nearby; and also close enough to walk to the bustling city center of the Shibuya Crossing Scramble.
Since we stayed over the new year holiday, many restaurants were closed during that period, so the staff worked hard to find a restaurant that met our preferences and helped make reservations for us at the last minute.
Overall great service!"

"The location is really quite nice. It’s close to a large mall/train station. There are some interesting anime shops, and electronic stores on the street. There is an animal café a few doors over. If you walk north, you can get to Dotonbori easily.
The hotel lobby itself is on a busy street. However, the actual rooms are at the back on an alley. Things are there for very quiet. You get the best of both worlds.
Overall, I would stay there again without hesitation. "
