"We stayed 2 nights, went to Kyoto and come back for another 2 nights. Staff is friendly to allow us to use luggage room while we travel to Kyoto. Room is small for budget hotel but very clean. Hotel location is perfect. Subway station is just 2 minutes walking distance. 黑门市场 is 3 minutes waking. Dotonbori I just 10 minutes. "

"Our family of 5 (young children) loved our stay. It provided a nice clean space with great amenities. The staff were amazing and helpful with everything we asked. Best part is the location. It is so close to the popular Dotombori and Shinsaibashi area but not too close where it is noisy. It is the perfect walking distance to train station to get to other areas in Osaka. Very close to supermarket is Kuromon, food markets, restaurant and convenient stall just downstairs. "

It was close to Dotonbori so it was loud at night. There were a few small areas that could be improved, but overall, the experience was really good. I would definitely consider staying here...

"茨城から家族で初めての旅行のホテルに決めさせてもらいました。コロナウイルスのせいで営業中止中の時でも福岡天神にある同じホテルに電話したら丁寧に事情の説明や部屋の案内までしてくれたのがまず気に入りました。そして旅行当日チェックインする所から本当に本当に丁寧で安心して宿泊出来ました。喫煙スペースも１階の外にありますし、 道頓堀に行きたいと言うと地図に手書きで分かりやすくポイント押さえた物を頂きました。また絶対ここに泊まります。本当にオススメです。2泊、2歳と4歳の子供達も楽しかったと言っています。本当にお世話になりました。改めてお礼を言いたいです。ありがとうございました。"
