"We were unable to lower the temp so it was far too hot for us when we couldn't get it cooler after being so over heated all day. We are Canadians so we are not accustomed to the heat and the strength of the sun here in this heat wave. The lady at the dest was wonderful and the restaurant was amazing. "The location was absolutely amazing, everything was within 10-15 minutes walk. The staff were friendly and helpful. The room was very clean. The only problem was the noise on the first floor that can be easily solved with ear plug at nights."

We were concern about the noise at night because it located among the busy streets but turned out OK."

The fire alarm was triggered while we were here (no big deal, just an alarm), which isn’t a problem except the stairwell door wouldn’t open to the lobby without a key card even while the alarm was going off, which is pretty concerning considering a lot of folks didn’t have their keycard in their pyjamas at 22:00."
