初めての倉敷

初めての倉敷、美観地区への立地は本当によかったです。ホテルのスタッフの方々の対応も非常に良くまた是非宿泊したいです。感染対策もされていて気持ち良い旅になりました。

朝食がいまいちだった。もう少しおかずの種類を増やした方が良いと思います。お米は美味しかったのに残念

スタッフの対応は、的確でした。チェックイン時間が早くて助かりました…とても疲れていたので部屋でのんびりと過ごしました。お部屋に氷水があった事が有り難かったです…朝食は疲れ過ぎて沢山、残してしまって申し訳ない気持ちでした。お世話になりました。又、機会がありましたら宜しくお願いします。

Block from Bikan-District

Just second from Bikan-District, Easy 10min walk from Kurashiki station. stuff are attentive and helpfull. Everythings in the hotel are bit old... For the price ?? You cold fined cheaper around station.

Great Location!

An easy walk with roller bags from the train station. Located adjacent to the old city. Clean and well kept. Typical Japanese room size with slightly larger bathroom. Good breakfast. I'd go back.

Great location!

Our had a triple room for the four of us (two adults and two young children). The room was large by Japanese standard. Location is perfect. We were literally next door to the Bikan area with plenty of restaurants and café around. Only one down side is that there is no air conditioning.

Never thought that no air conditioned during, though it's autumn. not sure where the problem was, anyway the hotel is dated but location is fair good in Bikan area.

終始ご丁寧な対応に満足致しました。観光地が直ぐそこにあり、まだまだ楽しみたいところですが、事情により一泊だけなのが残念に思うくらいでした。是非また利用したいです。

当日、素泊まりでしたが、朝ごはんのカフェを探してくれたり、一度、チェックインしてからのお出かけで遅くに戻ってきましたが(駐車場、フロント閉まっている時間帯)でも、適切に対応してくださいました。さすが、老舗のホテルです。また、利用したいです。

ユニットバスでないだけでもここに泊まる価値有り。防音性能は一般的。ホールスタッフの動きが良くフロント利用時にストレスを感じないのは流石だ。
