"Really bad experience with hair on the bed linen. Several places on the pillow and both beds. Really disgusting. We bought bed covers because we didn't want to get them from the landlord again. The elevator was out of order several times because it's a really old elevator and if people forgot to close the door it would stop. We had to go up 4 floors twice."
