"Stayed at Sherwood Exclusive Lara Resort recently and overall, it was an average experience, nothing exceptional, especially compared to other resorts in the Lara area. The property itself feels quite dated. While the location is good, the building and rooms definitely need an upgrade. One of the main issues we faced was the air conditioning in our room, it wasn’t working properly. Despite requesting it to be fixed, no technician ever showed up during our stay. The room would get quite hot, especially in the mornings and sometimes at night, and we had to keep the windows open just to get some airflow. Service was mixed. The general service staff (restaurant, housekeeping, etc.) were actually very helpful and polite, which we appreciated. However, the front desk staff had a noticeable attitude and were not very accommodating, which affected the overall experience. Another major inconvenience was their strict no-cash policy. They do not accept cash at all, which can put you in a difficult situation if your card is lost or not working, something to seriously consider before staying here. Overall, it’s not a terrible place, but compared to other resorts nearby, it falls short in terms of service, maintenance, and flexibility. With a few improvements, it could be much better, but for now, there are definitely stronger options in the same area."

"Tips for Families with small kids: I have seen many resorts in Antalya (+ Lara) and I say Concorde is the best one among all of them for families with small kids. And here is why: Everything in Concorde resort is designed in way that is suitable for families with kids. They have indoor and outdoor play area and a play house you can safely leave kids unattended because they have professional staff caring your little ones. They have concerts and baby disco everynight so there is no worry about kids. Most people here are families with kids so you don't feel unattached to other guests as they are just like you, and all guests"understand" you when kids do something wrong. It is really important. For example if your kid drop a fork in Rixxos restaurant, every other guests would look at you like they think your kid is disturbing their peace; but in Concorde all guests and staffs are highly educated and understand difficulty of kids and most have their own here. Btw, the main restaurant has special place for kids with special menu so your little one will enjoy a specially design corner with other kids on chairs and tables which are suitable for them, (other resorts just put a high chair, but Concorde specifically designed Charis tables even buffets and dishes for children). If you have a kid around 3~ 13 yo, don't miss the Concorde. I had many many experience and this one is the best among all Even they have small stage in front of bar to facilitate kids provide their orders"

"Gulcan is an amazingly wonderful woman. We only wanted her to prepare our meals. She gave my daughter the confidence to try her first Turkish words. I went to Gulcan every day to learn a new word and practice the few I know."

"Very good hotel staff and great selection of food every day tasty hot from breakfast to dinner . Some guests should really learn about manners how to queue and not just jump in front of people waiting but not hotels fault "

"Drinks and food some of the best we've experienced in the 6 years we've been coming to Antalya. Bathroom design for a family sharing one room excellent as WC seperate. Beds were comfy too. Staff friendly. Downsides for us were really cold outdoor pools even heated pool wasn't warm enough. The slides were only open 2 hours per day, even though we were told from 1/4 they go to summer programme they remained on winter schedule until 31/4 so this is quite misleading. Evening entertainment was very limited, and not enough places to sit indoors. Kids club was extremely basic and lacked security for signing children/out. Peanut allergy sufferers need to avoid this hotel as they serve peanuts and mixed nuts in every bar, and the shells are left all over tables/floor. Why they can't serve alternative snacks or limit to one bar is crazy! Building works going on from 6am -11pm immediately next to block C river side. We had to ask to move room, luckily management agreed, but wish they avoided putting people into this block wherever possible or offered discount/ forewarning. At the very least for those staying in block C they should turn the AC on early for that block so people don't neee their windows open when it's hot in the rooms then find themselves disturbed by noise and dust from the neighbouring building site. Beach sadly was a disappointment. Not Trendys fault, they've done the best they can with what beach they have, but it just didn't feel anywhere close to 5* standards. "
