"Nice Rigi view with a large room and large balcony. Cows and horses from the nearby farms provided a special experience for the stay. Good for those driving cars. For travellers not renting any cars, the location was quite far away from major Luzern tourist spots and thus inconvenient. Needed to transfer to local bus(es) if you were taking trains. For the room amenities, modern, pretty but impractical."

"Super great location and a spacious patio for some second floor rooms with great views of the lake and mountains. Room’s setting is not up to modern hotel room standards, no refrigerator, very small desk, limited storage space, no AC, wired layout…It’s probably a typical traditional B&B in Swiss. However I wouldn’t stay in a hotel this kind anymore."

"The hotel was the lovely a s the room was comfortable. The room was booked for two people, but it only had one twin size duvet and one bath towel. It wasn’t set up for two people. I’m sure I could have requested more, but we made due. The check in staff were very polite and helpful!"

"As a family of four we got the family room which was nice as the kids had bunk bed. Also free bus tickets to and fro to Lucerne which is only 21mins away and bus is every 7mins. The bus stop is literally 100m from the hotel."
