I stayed for 4 nights and it was comfortable and reasonably priced. The hotel is five stories tall, but there is an elevator so you don't have to drag your suitcase up the stairs. Showers and toilets are shared, and both are kept clean.

Great location for the price

This small hotel had a great location at short walking distance from the train station. The reception is manned daytime for check-in and check-out, but if you know you will arrive late you can get a code for a box to pick up your keycard when the reception is unmanned. This is a low-service hotel, with small rooms, and with shared shower and toilet in the corridor. On the plus side: amazing location. On the minus side: thin walls, loud guests, creaky floors and lively tourist streets outside makes it a bad option if you value your sleep. Other than that, it is what you expect in Zürich: old and worn, but clean and well-kept.

Needing a fan in a perfect position

I arrived on a very hot day and the staff had left before I realised I would need a fan; the room was very warm. The next night I had a fan which helped. The bed was not very comfortable. When I had any request the staff were very helpful. It is set perfectly on the river by a tram stop and near lots of restaurants and shops and not far from many interesting places

Property is simply lackluster. Showers not in room which isn’t a big deal and we didn’t pay for one but the communal shower weren’t maintained properly at least one was missing a door. Reception closed hour early. It was fine for one short night but I wouldn’t recommend over say 2 nights.

荷物を預けようとしたら、12時から2時までスタッフ不在で困ったいたら、横の部屋に居た人が、2時までいるから見ておきましょうかと言って、荷物を見ていてくれ、大変助かった。その時の人ありがとうございました。 価格の割りには設備は貧弱だが、当初説明通り。ホテル的には、とくに問題はなかったが、冷蔵庫は各部屋に備えて欲しい。スイスは全体的に物価が高いから仕方ないのかも。また、エアコンもないため窓を開けてちょうせつしようとしたが、酔っ払いの声がずっと響き眠れなかった。
